bb33k Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bb33k platform ("we", "our", "platform") and the registered user of the platform ("you", "user"). bb33k is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket, football, basketball, and other sports betting and casino gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms have been written in English so that users in Bangladesh can understand them easily. Accessing or using any part of the platform automatically makes these Terms applicable. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

bb33k follows SSL encryption technology and fair play principles as a safe and reliable platform. Our goal is to provide users with a transparent, secure, and enjoyable gaming experience.

To create an account on bb33k, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.
• Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party.
• If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, bb33k reserves the right to close the account at any time.

As part of the identity verification process, bb33k may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document when necessary. This information is kept secure and used solely for verification purposes.

bb33k is an adults-only platform. The minimum age to participate on this platform is 21 years. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from participating on this platform.

We apply various verification methods to protect minors. If an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, then:

• The account will be closed immediately.
• Any funds or bonuses held in the account may be forfeited.
• The relevant authorities may be notified of this violation.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

bb33k supports the following payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• The deposit process is generally instant.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• You must confirm that the funds being deposited do not come from an illegal source.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal timeframe: processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

bb33k offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% matching bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10x.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering calculations — see the promotions page for the latest terms.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• A bonus promotion applies only once per individual.
• bb33k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

Betting and gaming on bb33k follow these general rules:

• A bet that has been confirmed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bb33k reserves the right to correct any odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event or game is cancelled, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
• Markets and odds used in sports betting are determined entirely on the basis of probability.
• In live betting, a bet may not be accepted due to internet latency — this is not a fault of the platform.

6.1 Special Rules for Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game stops mid-way due to a technical issue on the game provider's side, the game will be restored if possible, or the wagered amount will be refunded.
• World-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, and Spribe apply their own terms and conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bb33k platform and, if detected, will result in the immediate closure of the account:

• Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using software, bots, or any other automated system to manipulate games or betting.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name or using another person's information.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically using different accounts or identities for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Collusive Cheating: Multiple players working together to use planned strategies against other players or the platform.
• Hacking or System Abuse: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
• False Information: Providing false or altered personal information at the time of registration or afterwards.

• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information is used solely for providing services, verification, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. In this case, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the designated payment method, provided the wagering requirements have been met.

The bb33k platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bb33k will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or faults with the user's device.
• Loss incurred during an unexpected service interruption due to technical reasons.
• Consequences arising from issues with third-party game software.
• Loss resulting from the user's mismanagement of their account information.

Gaming is a risky activity. The user consciously accepts this risk and bears full responsibility for any potential financial loss.

bb33k reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
